ASABA/Nigeria: Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Community Development, Dr. Patrick Ighomrore, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
In a goodwill message made available to the press, Dr. Ighomrore described Senator Okowa as “a pillar of purposeful leadership, humility, and service” whose legacy in Delta State continues to shape governance and inspire generations.
“Today, we celebrate not just your birthday, but the immense contribution you have made to the socio-political and infrastructural transformation of our dear state,” Ighomrore said. “You are a leader who led with compassion, strategy, and uncommon commitment to the welfare of Deltans.”
Dr. Ighomrore commended Okowa’s developmental strides across health, education, and youth empowerment sectors, particularly citing the establishment of new universities, expansion of healthcare access, and youth-based programs that gave thousands new opportunities.
“Your leadership remains a reference point for inclusive governance. On behalf of my family, and the communities I serve, I wish you good health, long life, and continued relevance in the service of humanity,” he added.
