ASABA/Nigeria: The 67th birthday of former Delta State Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, has provided another opportunity to reflect on his years in public office, with the immediate past Deputy Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ochor Christopher Ochor describing his service record as one worthy of recognition.
In a goodwill message, Ochor said the former governor’s political journey demonstrated commitment to democratic governance and the development of Delta State, adding that his contributions continue to resonate across the state.
He noted that Okowa served in several strategic positions before becoming governor, saying his experience and leadership have inspired many in public service.
Ochor wished the former governor good health, wisdom and many more years of meaningful service to Delta State and Nigeria.
