
ASABA/Nigeria: Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has paid glowing tribute to Chief Fred Okiemute Majemite on his 62nd birth anniversary, applauding his steadfast commitment to the growth and development of Delta State.
According to a statement issued in Asaba by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Majemite embodies excellence in public service and professional practice, having built a reputation for diligence, vision and impactful leadership across multiple sectors.
Governor Oborevwori noted that the Ekiugbo-Ughelli-born politician, who served as Commissioner for Lands, Surveys and Urban Development in Delta State, distinguished himself in office through dedication, professionalism and an unwavering commitment to the state’s progress.
He said Chief Majemite has consistently acquitted himself creditably both within and outside government, earning widespread respect from colleagues, associates and the people of Delta State.
“Chief Fred Majemite has, over the years, demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and a deep passion for service. His contributions to governance and his impact in the legal profession and business community remain noteworthy,” the Governor stated.
The Governor further commended Majemite’s philanthropic disposition, describing him as a compassionate leader who has continued to uplift the less privileged and support worthy causes across the state.
“On behalf of my family, the Government and people of Delta State, I congratulate my dear brother and friend, Chief Fred Okiemute Majemite, on the occasion of his 62nd birth anniversary,” Oborevwori said.
“On this special day, it is my prayer that God will grant you many more years in good health, wisdom and strength to continue rendering greater service to God, humanity and our dear Delta State.”
